Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Description:

Acceleration Partners, a boutique digital strategy and marketing agency, is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support ongoing operations and outreach activities. Role will start at 10-15 hours week and will likely grow from there, with the possibility of it transitioning to a full-time role within a few months. This position will be mostly remote (work from home), with occasional meetings in the Boston area.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, personal and business travel
  • Event planning (at conferences, networking events, etc.)
  • Award applications
  • Find, qualify and apply for speaking opportunities
  • Coordination of marketing materials/campaigns
  • CRM system maintenance
  • Executive communication support
  • Administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Experience as a marketing coordinator or marketing assistant.
  • Experience as an executive assistant or admin in a business setting.
  • Experience with scheduling and booking frequent travel.
  • Understanding of how conferences are arranged and the process for becoming a speaker at conference preferred.

  • Proficient with Excel
  • Proficient with Word
  • Strong overall communication skills
  • Good editing and proofreading skills
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working mostly at home with minimal supervision
