Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant
Description:
Acceleration Partners, a boutique digital strategy and marketing agency, is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support ongoing operations and outreach activities. Role will start at 10-15 hours week and will likely grow from there, with the possibility of it transitioning to a full-time role within a few months. This position will be mostly remote (work from home), with occasional meetings in the Boston area.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, personal and business travel
- Event planning (at conferences, networking events, etc.)
- Award applications
- Find, qualify and apply for speaking opportunities
- Coordination of marketing materials/campaigns
- CRM system maintenance
- Executive communication support
- Administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience as a marketing coordinator or marketing assistant.
- Experience as an executive assistant or admin in a business setting.
- Experience with scheduling and booking frequent travel.
- Understanding of how conferences are arranged and the process for becoming a speaker at conference preferred.
Skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Proficient with Word
- Strong overall communication skills
- Good editing and proofreading skills
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Capable of working mostly at home with minimal supervision
