How We Work
Acceleration Partners is a team of high-energy, performance-driven professionals who are passionate about partnering with innovative and dynamic companies to help drive their growth. We thrive on achieving lofty goals, collaborating with cool people, and working in an environment where success is measured not in hours but in results.
Each engagement is structured on the unique needs of the client, and based on those needs the appropriate combination of staff is assigned, drawing on each team member’s unique skill set and background. This approach allows us to bring the right strategies and tactics to the table as client requirements evolve over time. In many cases we partner with and manage subcontractors to provide an even more expansive range of expertise, always providing the appropriate oversight and coordination.
Our Team
Robert Glazer, Founder & Managing Director
Robert is a serial entrepreneur and customer acquisition specialist with an exceptional track record in growing revenue and profits for consumer products and services business. He founded Acceleration Partners in 2007 and has built a reputation as a go-to advisor for affiliate and customer acquisition marketing. In demand by top consumer brands and investment firms, he has worked with many businesses on the Inc. 5000 and Internet Retailer 500 lists of fastest growing companies. Bob brings a high-quality, integrity-driven approach to performance marketing and, along with his talented team, has helped build some of the industry’s top-performing and most respected affiliate programs.
Bob is also the founder of Bobby’s Best and of the Business Fundamentals Bootcamp series. A sought after advisor and speaker, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Performance Marketing Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters Massachusetts Bay, and as an advisory board member for several early stage companies. He is also a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council and a member and the incoming President of the Boston chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization. Bob has participated in the Rodman Ride for Kids since 2003, and co-founded The Fifth Night charitable event. He is also an avid skier, biker, traveler, and serial home renovator. Bob received his B.A. with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt Wool, Vice President, Client Services
Matt is a veteran manager with experience in both client-facing and operational roles for technology-oriented consulting firms. Matt interned for Acceleration Partners while in business school and rejoined the company in 2011. His responsibilities include oversight of project delivery and maintenance of client satisfaction, both through active engagement and process improvement. Prior to his current tenure with Acceleration Partners, Matt managed the rollout of an innovative Software-as-a-Service offering for a leading technology transfer consultancy. He was also a key account manager for healthcare technology professional services firm, Catalyst Solutions, handling large hospitals and insurers. Matt started his career in the film industry with production and creative roles at Fox Searchlight, Dreamworks Animation, and Disney. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston University.
Meghan Schwartz, Director, Affiliate Management
Meghan is a marketing and communications professional with an instinct for innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit. Meghan has expertise in marketing strategy, online marketing and social media, advertising, public relations, branding, and affiliate marketing. She earned an M.B.A. with a focus in international marketing from The George Washington University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Journalism & Spanish. Meghan is passionate about travel and all things global.
Sarah Johnson, Director, Client Services
Sarah works with Acceleration Partners’ clients on general e-commerce strategy, search engine optimization, site updates and re-launches, and overall digital strategy. Sarah’s interest in online strategy stems from launching, developing, and managing her own successful fashion e-commerce site in 2004. When she decided to exit the fashion business, working with other businesses and entrepreneurs on website strategy was a natural next step. Sarah graduated from Duke University with a degree in Marine Biology and Environmental Sciences and previously worked as Regional Operations Director and as a GMAT instructor at Kaplan Test Prep. Sarah’s favorite digital strategy tip: Think of your website as both salesperson & storefront; strive for visitors to understand your product just as they would in person.
Lindsay Glazer Hittman, Senior Manager, Digital Strategy
Lindsay focuses on helping clients with new website launches, e-commerce strategy, search engine optimization, social media and customer acquisition and retention programs. Previously, Lindsay worked at Macy’s Merchandising Group in New York City for an internal consulting group tasked with improving speed to market of the company’s internal product development initiatives. Before being promoted to the consulting group, she worked in product development to source, develop and market the private label brands for both Macy’s and Bloomingdales. Lindsay graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Consumer Behavior. Lindsay is an avid traveler and has spent time in Australia, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Emily Tetto, Manager, Operations & Events
Emily is an event marketing and operations professional who came to Acceleration Partners with five years event marketing experience. Emily’s specialty is helping brands engage consumers and clients at live events. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Emily worked for Reebok International as an Event Marketing Manager and PBD Events as an Event Design and Marketing Manager. She has also held positions at Bain & Company and Fidelity Ventures. Emily earned a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College and a Certificate in Meeting and Event Management from Northeastern University. Emily enjoys traveling and has traveled all over the world having explored five continents and 25 different countries. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.
Joe Mascaro, Manager, Digital Strategy
Joe works with Acceleration Partners’ clients on search engine optimization, website architecture, content strategy, paid search advertising, and conversion rate optimization. He also helps manage Bobby’s Best. A native of Connecticut, Joe has previously lived in Beijing, China and currently resides in New York City. He got started in internet marketing during college by building websites, getting involved in Boston’s tech startup community, and doing SEO & PPC consulting, which led him to Acceleration Partners. Joe graduated from Babson College with a business administration degree, with concentrations in entrepreneurship and global business management. He likes snowboarding, rock climbing, and discovering new weird drinks.
Angela Hughes, Manager, Affiliate Management
Angela works with clients to grow and optimize their affiliate programs through the development of promotional campaigns, program data analysis, and affiliate communication and recruitment. Angela is a marketing and communications professional with an extensive background in the cable and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Angela was a Marketing Manager at Showtime Networks, developing and executing multi-platform campaigns, helping to drive subscription and revenue. She also held marketing positions at Lifetime Networks and Comcast Spotlight. Angela holds a B.A. in Communications and a Psychology minor from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Angela enjoys spending time with her family, reading and baking and has a passion for party and event planning.
Alison Chew, Manager, Affiliate Management
Alison works with clients to develop, manage and optimize their affiliate marketing programs. She has broad professional experience in operations, marketing, account management and education. Prior to Acceleration Partners, Alison was at a Bay Area start-up where she worked on marketing and operations initiatives including managing the company’s affiliate relationships with multiple networks and vendors. Alison holds a B.S. in Biology and a M.S. in Education. In her spare time, Alison loves to spend time with her family, bake, and try new San Francisco restaurants.
Pauline Hill, Manager, Affiliate Marketing
Pauline works with clients to grow and maximize their affiliate programs. She has been active in the affiliate industry since 2007 and comes to Acceleration Partners with a wide range of affiliate and general marketing experience. Pauline previously managed an in-house affiliate program for a well- known company in the wedding space where she launched, consolidated and managed multiple network platforms. Pauline lives in the Bay Area with her family and loves to bake and travel, having visited nine countries so far. Pauline is also a volunteer team coordinator with her local Ronald McDonald House.
Matt McWilliams, Manager, Affiliate Management
Matt is an Affiliate Manager for Tiny Prints. Previously, he was the Internet Marketing Manager at Legacy Learning Systems. In 2010, Matt won the Affiliate Manager of the Year award at the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Awards, affiliate marketing’s most prestigious, competitive honor. He has also won numerous other awards for his affiliate management skills and advocacy of affiliate marketing. Matt is a contributor to FeedFront Magazine, the official magazine of Affiliate Summit, and is a published author Internet Marketing from the Real Experts. He has been a presenter for numerous affiliate marketing forums and conferences and often serves as a mentor or listening ear for new or aspiring affiliate managers.

Brent Elias, Manager, Affiliate Retention & Onboarding
Brent works with many of Acceleration Partners’ clients on front line affiliate management, program marketing and recruiting. A native of Boston, Brent has spent the past six years working in the affiliate marketing industry. Brent got his start in 2004 at CSN Stores (Internet Retailer Top 100), where he launched the company’s first affiliate program with over 100 stores and achieved a 200% a year growth rate. He built the CSN affiliate program into one of the most respected in the industry, winning the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle award for the best program for 2008. Brent then moved on from CSN to work with the ShareASale Affiliate Network as an account manager before joining the Acceleration Partners team to return to what he enjoys most, working with affiliates.

Quy Le, Manager, Affiliate Outreach
Quy oversees one-on-one affiliate outreach for many of Acceleration Partners’ clients, providing insightful ideas and suggestions for increased affiliate performance. Previously Quy built the Cymax Stores affiliate program (Internet Retailer Top 200) from the ground up. Under Quy’s leadership, in less than two years, the Cymax Stores affiliate program became one of the most successful in the Commission Junction network. Quy currently lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada and is a nature and environment enthusiast. In his spare time he volunteers at the Vancouver Aquarium and WWF-Canada. He enjoys hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, snowboarding and hockey.

Cliff Kensington, Senior Associate, Digital Strategy
Cliff is part of the digital strategy group, where he aids clients in search engine optimization, web site architecture, site re-launches and paid search advertising. He also assists the Acceleration Partners team on many internal development projects. Prior to joining AP, Cliff pursued his interest in helping businesses grow with internships in the private equity and venture capital industry in both the US and Ireland. A native of Massachusetts, Cliff attended Boston College, where he graduated with a degree in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Irish Studies. He enjoys eating unhealthy food, listening to Irish traditional music, and reading epic fantasy novels.

Meredith Sherritt, Senior Associate, Digital Strategy
Meredith supports and advises clients in search engine optimization, web site architecture, and site re-launches, with a specialty interest in e-commerce and conversion strategy.
Before joining Acceleration Partners, Meredith developed her affinity for marketing at The Carlyle Group where she was responsible for targeted presentations, acted as stylist and co-editor for newsletters and fulfilled a variety of other creative and strategic marketing-focused tasks.
Meredith is originally from Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology. Meredith enjoys running and completed her first marathon in San Diego in 2012. She also enjoys Soul Cycle spin classes, political and business memoirs, and reading fashion blogs.

Jennifer Lowder, Senior Associate, Affiliate Management
Jennifer Lowder is a Senior Associate on our Affiliate Management team where she works with clients to optimize and grow their affiliate programs. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Jennifer launched and managed affiliate programs and developed direct partnerships for start-up companies in the fashion accessory and fine jewelry space. Hailing from Indiana, Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Business and a concentration in Marketing. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys baking and can often be found exploring Pinterest and cooking blogs looking for new recipes to try.

Daniel Feinberg, Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing
Daniel Feinberg works with clients to optimize and grow their affiliate marketing programs. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Daniel spent two years working for GTO Management, overseeing the development of six successful affiliate marketing programs in various industries. Daniel was the proud recipient of the “Pay it Forward Scholarship” to Affiliate Summit West – an award based on current participation in and future contribution to the affiliate marketing industry. Originally from the New York, Daniel attended the University of Maryland where he majored in communications. He enjoys live music, travelling, and tennis.

Con O'Connor, Associate, Affiliate Management
Con O’Connor is part of our Affiliate Management team, serving as a primary source of contact for our Affiliate Programs. Prior to Acceleration Partners, Con was part of the National Ad Sales group at A+E Networks. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a keen focus on Marketing and partnerships. The reason he joined an affiliate marketing team is because of the endless possibilities within this niche of online business! Everyday presents new challenges and rewarding lessons. His favorite hobbies are playing the guitar, rock climbing and golf!

Emily Ray, Associate, Affiliate Management
Emily is an Affiliate Marketing Associate who executes the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs including managing affiliate applications, affiliate correspondence, deployment of creative assets and monitoring for fraud. Prior to joining the team, Emily was a marketing intern with several theatres in both New York and Chicago. Emily still remains passionate about the arts and has received awards and recognition for her work in the theatre from The Kennedy Center in Washington DC. She earned a B.A. from Kutztown University and completed an Internet Marketing Certificate program from DePaul University.

Heather Montgomery, Executive Assistant
Heather has over 15 years experience as an Executive Assistant. She enjoys the challenge of coordinating calendars, ever changing travel arrangements and keeping Bob on schedule. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Heather worked for William W. Bain, Jr. as his Personal Executive Assistant. She was also an Executive Assistant supporting three Partners at Bain & Company in Boston. Heather attended Northeastern University where she majored in Psychology. She enjoys traveling, running, yoga and spending time with her three young children.
Jason Henrichs, Venture Partner
Jason has been a consultant to many early stage companies and has assisted public companies in creating a culture of innovation. Jason is the COO of PerkStreet Financial and an active member of the start-up community as a board member, advisor, mentor, and investor. Jason is also a Managing Director at Rock Maple Ventures, where he is responsible for managing out the fund’s remaining investments. Jason began his education in leadership and engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed studies in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Sciences at Harvard University.
