Acceleration Partners is a team of high-energy, performance-driven professionals who are passionate about working with start-ups, managing rapid growth, and building a business from the ground up. Our staff and associates thrive on high goals, cool projects, and a work environment where success is measured not in hours but in results.
Each engagement is structured on the unique needs of the client, drawing on a wide network of experts and subject specialists who have the most closely related skills. Clients are free to ramp their requirements up or down on an ongoing basis; while benefiting from our wide range of deep skill sets, they pay for only what they need. In many cases we partner with and manage subcontractors to provide an even more expansive range of expertise, calling on attorneys, PR firms, accountants, designers, developers, etc., to become integral team members as needed.
Our Team
Robert Glazer, Founder & Managing Director

Robert is a serial entrepreneur and customer acquisition specialist with an exceptional track record of growing revenue and profits for early to mid-stage consumer product and services companies. He has an extensive background in operations, marketing, strategy, and business development with an emphasis on company formation, financing, and revenue growth. In addition to founding Acceleration Partners, he is the founder of the popular consumer product and deal review website Bobby’s Best and of the Business Fundamentals Bootcamp series.
Experienced in taking new ideas from concept to execution, Robert has served as an adviser and consultant to numerous early and growth-stage businesses, many of which have ranked on the Inc 5000’s list of fastest growing companies. Robert’s depth of industry expertise extends to consumer products and services, technology, retail, and clean technology. Prior to founding Acceleration Partners, Robert served as the VP of Corporate Development for Isis Parenting, helping to grow the business from a prototype into a multimillion-dollar, three-center operation in less than three years. Previously, Robert worked for two early-stage venture funds, a strategy consulting firm and founded an online product registration business (BrandStamp).
Robert serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters Massachusetts Bay, the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation and is a member and serves on the board of the Boston chapter of EO (Entrepreneur’s Organization). He has also participated in the Rodman Ride for Kids for over 10 years, raising almost $100,000 and founded The Fifth Night charitable event, which expanded to five states in its third year. Robert is an avid skier, biker, amateur photographer, and serial home renovator, having recently built a new home for which the plans were made available free online as part of a marketing platform to encourage the adoption of green building practices. Robert received his B.A. with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt Wool, Vice President of Client Services
Matt is a veteran manager with experience in both client-facing and operational roles for technology-oriented consulting firms. He brings a deep dedication to customer service and a strong understanding of how successful business relationships are fostered to his role. His responsibilities include the oversight of project delivery and the maintenance of client satisfaction, both through active engagement and back-end process improvement. Prior to rejoining Acceleration Partners (he interned for the company while in business school), Matt ran the rollout and sales of an innovative Software-as-a-Service offering for leading technology transfer consultancy Foresight Science and Technology and was a key account manager for healthcare technology professional services firm Catalyst Solutions, handling large hospitals and insurers. Matt started his career in the film industry, holding production and creative roles at Fox Searchlight, Dreamworks Animation, and Disney. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston University.
Meghan Schwartz, Senior Manager

Meghan is a marketing and communications professional with an instinct for innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit. Meghan has expertise in marketing strategy, online marketing and social media, advertising, public relations, branding, and affiliate marketing. She earned an M.B.A. with a focus in international marketing from The George Washington University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Journalism & Spanish. Meghan is passionate about travel and all things global.
Kerry Hunt, Operations & Affiliate Management

Kerry works with clients to develop, manage and optimize their affiliate marketing programs. She also oversees AP’s monthly client reporting and dashboard creation, designed to track and measure key performance metrics directly correlated to our work and the client’s success. Kerry has broad professional experience in operations, process improvement and strategic management. Prior to Acceleration Partners, she worked for a large health care system where she managed complex operational systems and was responsible for the development and implementation of revenue generation strategies. Kerry holds a B.S. in Health Care Management and Business Administration from Towson University, a M.S. in Health Systems Management from George Mason University, and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
Lindsay Glazer, Online Marketing Manager

Lindsay focuses on helping clients with new website launches, e-commerce strategy, search engine optimization, social media and customer acquisition and retention programs. Previously, Lindsay worked at Macy’s Merchandising Group in New York City for an internal consulting group tasked with improving speed to market of the company’s internal product development initiatives. Before being promoted to the consulting group, she worked in product development working to source, develop and market the private label brands for both Macy’s and Bloomingdales. Lindsay graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in consumer behavior.
Joe Mascaro, Search Marketing Manager

Joe works with Acceleration Partners’ clients on search engine optimization, content strategy, link building, and paid search advertising and also helps manage Bobby’s Best. A native of Connecticut, Joe graduated from Babson College with a degree in entrepreneurship and global business management, which was where he started getting involved with several website startups and began doing SEO consulting work and pay-per-click advertising. This led him to an internship at Acceleration Partners . After graduation, still working for Acceleration Partners part time, Joe packed his bags and moved to Beijing, China for a year to learn Mandarin and study international business before moving back to join full time.
Sarah Johnson, Marketing Manager

Sarah works with Acceleration Partners’ clients on general e-commerce strategy, search engine optimization, site updates and re-launches , and social media and online marketing. Sarah’s interest in online strategy work stems from launching, developing, and managing her own successful fashion e-commerce site from scratch in 2004. When she decided to exit the fashion business, working with other businesses and entrepreneurs on website strategy was a natural next step. Sarah graduated from Duke University with a degree in Marine Biology and Environmental Sciences and previously worked as Northeast Regional Operations Director and as a GMAT instructor at Kaplan Test Prep.
Brent Elias, Affiliate Marketing Manager

Brent works with many of Acceleration Partners’ clients on front line affiliate management, program marketing and recruiting. A native of Boston, Brent has spent the past six years working in the affiliate marketing industry. Brent got his start in 2004 at CSN Stores (Internet Retailer Top 100), where he launched the company’s first affiliate program with over 100 stores and achieved a 200% a year growth rate. He built the CSN affiliate program into one of the most respected in the industry, winning the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle award for the best program for 2008. Brent then moved on from CSN to work with the ShareASale Affiliate Network as an account manager before joining the Acceleration Partners team to return to what he enjoys most, working with affiliates.
Quy Le, Affiliate Marketing Manager

Quy oversees one-on-one affiliate outreach for many of Acceleration Partners’ clients, providing insightful ideas and suggestions for increased affiliate performance. Previously Quy built the Cymax Stores affiliate program (Internet Retailer Top 200), from the ground up, where it became one of the most successful affiliate programs in the Commission Junction network in less than two years. Quy is a nature and environment enthusiast. In his spare time you can find him hiking one the many trails found in British Columbia, Canada, as well as engaging in sports like rock climbing, kayaking, and hockey
Emily Ray, Affiliate Marketing Associate

Emily is an affiliate marketing associate who joined the
Acceleration Partners team in the fall of 2011 after graduating with a B.A. from Kutztown University. Prior to joining the affiliate
marketing team, Emily was a marketing intern with several theatres in both New
York and Chicago. Emily remains passionate about the arts and has received
awards and recognition for her work in the theatre from The Kennedy Center in
Washington DC.
Christopher Chaput, Senior Marketing Project Manager

Christopher works as part of the Acceleration Partners team contributing marketing management and marketing systems expertise. A veteran of marketing, sales, and service, Christopher has worked with national and global brands including National Signs, Ford Motor Company, the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. He's held key roles in successful start-ups, turnarounds, and expansions including franchise ownership, strategic planning, project management, brand management, sales, and service operations.
With wide-ranging operational experience, in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer worlds, Christopher's project portfolio includes the automotive, apparel & accessory, health & beauty, and professional / industrial service industries. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. from Bentley University, and actively studies marketing technology innovations and the operational impact on how the “old fundamentals” are addressed with “new solutions.”
Jason Henrichs, Venture Partner

Jason has been a consultant to many early stage companies and has assisted public companies create a culture of innovation and launch new businesses. Jason is the Chief Operating Officer of PerkStreet Financial and an active member of the start-up community as a board member, advisor, mentor, and investor. Jason is also a Managing Director at Rock Maple Ventures, where he is responsible for managing out the fund’s remaining investments.
Previously, Jason served as the Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Genomics, a venture-backed developer of ultra-high throughput sequencing technologies and an early executive / board member of Britemoon (an email marketing company acquired by ClickTactics). Before joining the world of early stage ventures, Jason was a strategy consultant at Monitor Company and project engineer for Deluxe Corporation.
Notable companies Jason has worked with, and / or sat on the boards of include: Blacksmith Applications, BlueSwarm, First Marblehead (FMD), Seahorse Biosciences, LocaModa, Memento Security, MedVantx, Morphotek (acquired by Eisai Pharmaceuticals), Versamed (acquired by General Electric), and Web-o-Matic. He is also the past President of the Massachusetts’s Service Alliance and advisor to City Year.
Jason began his education in leadership and engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed studies in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Sciences at Harvard University.
