		<description>It seems like most early entrepreneurs also focus on the idea and give scarce thought to execution. What I normally hear is a detailed, thorough explanation of the idea and then something like, &quot;...and then we&#039;re going to put together a marketing plan and a customer service center...&quot; which presupposes almost all of the really important stuff. Great article!</description>
