  • MyWinesDirect is one of the leading sources for wine and wine gifts online offering great wines from small vineyards around the world.

    Under new management, MyWinesDirect began an evaluation all of the company's online marketing activities to ensure that best practices were being leveraged to meet the company’s growth goals.  Acceleration Partners was engaged to help conduct an audit of the company's SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing programs.  We determined that SEO was being underutilized, PPC had a lot of potential for growth, and the existing affiliate program was generating very little incremental revenue and was actually increasing overall marketing costs.  The Acceleration Partners team revised the existing PPC campaign, and shut down the existing LinkShare affiliate program, re-launching on ShareASale and inviting only 10% of the previous affiliates to join.  It's expected that this major overhaul of online marketing efforts should begin to yield significant increases in online revenue within our first quarter of partnering with MyWinesDirect.

  • b-glowing is an online beauty boutique that specializes in finding hard-to-fine "cult favorite" beauty brands.

    We are working with the b-glowing team on several initiatives that will enhance the ease of shopping for the consumer, improve customer acquisition, and increase their overall online presence.  Our first step towards improving their direct marketing strategy to drive traffic to their site was to audit their current website and conduct high-level SEO keyword research and competitive analysis, which led to many onsite changes.  We have established baseline search rankings and performance measurements to benchmark our starting point and quantify progress. Additionally, we are working to improve their recently launched affiliate program, optimizing the product feed, extending reach through shopping sites, and ensuring future growth through careful management.

    The owners of Magic Beans knew it was time for an affiliate program for their online store, they also knew that they did not have the in-house expertise and resources to launch and manage the program. They decided to work with us based on our commitment to quality affiliates and our experience working with affiliates in the mom and baby space.  We launched their program on ShareASale within three weeks, including new banners, a massive product feed, and a new affiliate website

  • Wolfers Lighting is the market leader in residential and commercial lighting design in the Greater Boston area.

    Wolfers wanted to ensure that that its new website was optimized for organic search. We worked with the company’s website designer to implement a comprehensive strategy of landing pages and meta information that created many specialized and service oriented sections of the website.  These pages rank very highly in Google searches for targeted terms such as “green lighting design boston” and “residential lighting design services.”

  • Dr. Mark Hyman is a world-renowned expert in functional medicine and four-time New York Times bestselling author.

    Through multiple partnerships and joint ventures, Dr Hyman had developed a vast web presence that had become overly complicated, redundant, and heavily reliant on e-mail marketing. We were approached by the company’s new COO to help architect an online strategy to better integrate and leverage all of Dr Hyman’s assets into a brand new website. This included simplifying the message and product offering for both current and prospective clients and consumers, as well as designing a search friendly website framework to attract the millions of prospective users who are constantly seeking information in Dr Hyman’s areas of specialty.

    As part of our work, we successfully integrated the company’s many websites into a portfolio of three core sites (website, store, practice) with a consistent theme and cross marketing.  We launched a new public store making Dr Hyman’s products available to a much larger audience for the first time and grew revenue 50% in each of the first three months. We also revamped the company’s social media efforts. We were able to triple the number of Dr. Hyman's Facebook Friends, launch a new affiliate program and see organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) rise over 1000% within the first six months. We are also worked to engage physician partners for e-commerce opportunities by redesigning a partner website called Vitamin Portfolio

    Tickets for Charity hired Acceleration Partners to assess and make recommendations for several critical online marketing initiatives.
